OWMD’s Poster Dog is Tobias, a three year-old Australian Shepherd, born in Paso Robles, CA but raised in the Bay Area. Since the tiny age of eight weeks, he’s been going everywhere with his humans, Sandra & Leo. He’s been to movie theaters and shopping malls. He’s been on hiking expeditions and rafting adventures. He’s gone bar hopping and wine tasting. He’s happier with his head hanging out a car window than with his nose pressed up against a house window. He sleeps on his back almost every night, has kind of a big butt, is an expert at rolling over, works a highly respectable day job as a badass doggie hall monitor at his daycare place, is a terrible swimmer and so wears a life vest, can give kisses when asked in two different languages and on occasion, thinks the human animal is a little creepy, unless it moves rather slowly and is covered in Kobe beef. Tobias is a wise dog and on occasion can even be called a wise ass, nonetheless, he’s the love of our lives and makes our everydays all the better, just by being a part of them.
